Emily Babson Bio: Emily Babson is the Systems Director of Talent, Organizational Development and Leadership Training at one of the nation’s largest rehabilitation hospitals, Mary Free Bed. She serves on a variety of workforce development and DEI Boards throughout West Michigan. She is a 2021 Leadership Grand Rapids Participant, GR Women’s Magazines 2019 People’s Choice award winner and one of the Grand Rapids Business Journals 40 under 40 business professional in 2021. Her passions and experience center around helping people find a profession they are passionate about so that they can live the life they want.
