Insulation Technician

VerWys Home Insulation

We're Not Looking for Just Another Employee We're looking for another great person to join our team. At VerWys Home Insulation, we spend our days helping homeowners solve real problems and making their homes healthier, more comfortable, and more energy efficient. We work hard, but we also believe work should be rewarding and that people should enjoy coming to work each day. We're a family-owned company, and while a lot of businesses say they're "like family," we genuinely try to live it. We believe in treating people the way we'd want our own family members treated. Many of our team members stay with us because they know they're valued, respected, and appreciated. We celebrate wins together, work through challenges together, and genuinely care about the people on our team. If you've ever felt like just another number at a large company, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for. Who We Are

VerWys Home Insulation is one of the oldest insulation companies in West Michigan that specializes in attic insulation, air sealing, spray foam insulation, crawlspace insulation, wall insulation, attic ventilation improvements, and attic mold remediation.

What makes us different isn't just what we do—it's how we do it. We take the time to educate homeowners, identify the root cause of problems, and perform quality work we're proud to stand behind. We're not interested in cutting corners or rushing through jobs. We believe in doing things right.

Why Join VerWys? Because life is too short to work somewhere you aren't valued. When you join our team, you'll work alongside people who care about quality, care about customers, and care about each other.

We're building a company where people can grow, provide for their families, and take pride in the work they do every day.

We're looking for someone who:

● Shows up on time

● Has a positive attitude

● Takes pride in their work

● Wants to learn and grow

● Works well with others

● Treats customers respectfully

● Cares about doing things the right way

Construction experience is helpful, but character, work ethic, and attitude are even more important.

We can teach insulation. We can teach air sealing. We can teach building science. It's much harder to teach integrity, dependability, and a genuine desire to do good work.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is a little different. One day you may be helping improve comfort in a family's home by air sealing and

insulating an attic. The next day you may be installing new soffit ventilation, solving ventilation issues, or helping restore an attic affected by mold and moisture problems. The work is hands-on, meaningful, and makes a real difference for homeowners.

The Bottom Line

We're not looking for someone who simply wants a paycheck. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of a team, build a career, take pride in their work, and help us continue building a company we're proud of.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
