Sarah Baar credits her clients for inspiring her long-standing passion for the mortgage industry. Sarah's approach is centered on professionalism, perseverance, and positivity. She works diligently to make the financing process as seamless as possible, guiding clients from the initial purchase or building contract through closing. Her expertise spans a wide range of financing solutions, including home purchases, new construction, renovation projects, and refinancing. On any given day, she may assist a first-time homebuyer in the morning and structure financing for a large-scale custom construction project in the afternoon.

With deep roots in the West Michigan housing industry, Sarah has been actively involved with local Home Builders Associations, Realtor organizations, and women's professional groups throughout her career. She also brings valuable firsthand experience as a homeowner who has personally purchased, renovated, and built homes, allowing her to offer practical insight beyond the lending process.

Sarah lives in West Michigan, with offices in Grand Rapids and Holland.  She is the current Chair of the Professional Women in Building Council and proudly supports charitable organizations focused on housing initiatives and empowering women and families.
